All of our optics are built out of NXT®, a special polymer formula originally developed to bullet-proof the windshields of Apache helicopters. With that kind of strength, plus optical superiority, light weight and scratch/static resistance, NXT is the closest a lens will come to optical immortality. Polycarbonate simply doesn’t measure up.
